sportsconfidence is a new enhanced website for athletes which is part of the myskillsprofile.com group (msp). msp was founded in 2004 to provide people on the web with direct access to online personality and behavioural style instruments at affordable prices. The aim of the service is to help people:  

» improve their self-awareness by helping them to understand what they are doing well and where they need to improve  

» offer advice and suggestions about how to improve abilities, competencies and performance  

» improve aspects of people's lives such as their work performance, career potential, relationships, and health

Starting with personality, we quickly expanded our range of tests, and our product range now covers personality, leadership, emotional intelligence, creative style, stress, personal relationships, religiosity, and spiritual intelligence. We plan to launch a cognitive ability measure in 2010.

We have designed a straightforward testing service for individuals and employers which tests people's perceived abilities, competencies and style against the responses of large international comparison groups and delivers differentiated feedback reports.

Over 1 million people have taken our tests and we have a growing employer client list in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa.
