The LPI questionnaire consists of statements about your views and attitudes towards your work. Consider each statement and click on the appropriate tick box to indicate how far each statement applies to you. 

Do not spend too long on each question and try to avoid using the middle answer. Your first reaction will usually be the best response. If you need to change an answer, just click on one of the other boxes. Remember to answer all the questions.

There are 160 questions and it should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete. You should get your report within a short while of completing the questionnaire and personal details form. If you don't, we shall email it to you so please ensure you enter your email address accurately.

Your report will be generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings.
