What to do if your report has not arrived.
The correct contact depends on who arranged the assessment.
Invited or sponsored assessments: If a coach, employer, learning provider or another organisation invited you to complete the assessment, contact the test administrator or person who sent the invitation. They control how feedback is released.
Assessments purchased personally: Your report should normally arrive shortly after completion and payment. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email report support with the name and email address used for the assessment.
Help me locate my reportTo help us find your report: include the name and email address used for the assessment and the approximate completion date. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
